Shanti Pant foundation is a non-profit organization established in 2017 in the Netherlands with the aim to help educate deprived young girls and children living unprivileged life in the villages of Nepal.
We work with the government schools and focus on providing basic necessities to young girls with sanitary pads, disabled children with wheelchairs and children with school dress, shoes, school bags, undergarments etc. These necessities help girls and children to go to school regularly. We also help in renovating classrooms and toilet facilities of the schools, sponsor teachers, clean drinking water, supply school stationeries and materials, run awareness programs of the importance of education in villages.
We believe that an educated woman manages her life and her family effectively because she shares her skills and knowledge to her children and contributes in transforming herself, her family and society to a better level. Ultimately the society achieves happier, healthier, effective and meaningful life.
Thus this Foundation is strong-willed to support underprivileged children; especially girls to achieve their dreams by enabling them to access to education.
